Great reply, though "icons" might be a bit vague, so switch icons for .ico :)

Use this tool. http://portableapps.com/apps/graphics_pictures/icofx_portable you don't need to install it either, so you can run the program directly off a USB stick. just find an image you have or on google images for example, and use the program to convert it to a .ico file
