helpsvc.exe is using 81% of CPU... I want to know the means for either removing helpctr, helphost...etc or deactivata, or limit the CPU utilization!
helpsvc.exe has ben using 81% and more of CPU causing other processes to go idle or stop! Norton identified helpsvc.exe as the CPU 'hog' but I have no means of either removing or limiting its use. Neither Add/Remove programs nor a file delete was alowed. How can this problem be handled, any suggestions? Please respond to takis224 at yahoo, thank you 1 person got this answerI do too
