help and support does not work any more -how can i reinstall on sp3 as MS disc is sp2
a while back the main windows help and support stopped working - not sure when as infrequently used so cannot say if it relates to something else i did. have tried to reinstall from original MS disc but get message that it is old compared to installed programme. original disc is SP2 and I am now on SP3.when i try to open it i get message "windows cant find helpctr.exe - use search" Search does not find itany help much apprecited1 person needs an answerI do too

To answer your question, you would simply reinstall windows then have to update the computer again.As for your helpcenter error, I THINK there was a fix issued for that...
