Hi. The error occurs on computers with installed Vista or Win 7. And, on Vista - 800 or 807, and on Win 7 - 807. Computers are not in the domain. The local network between my computer and server VPN is not interrupted. There passes a command ping. The provider confirms integrity of a network. Antivirus and firewall on the computer not installed. I read at a forum that the given problem probably to solve changing parametres of the register or substitution of the MAC-address of a network card. If it so, describe detailed algorithm of actions.

Actually, Windows Firewall also can effect the VPN connection. It is built-in the system. Please open Control Panel and turn off it to check the result.
