Hi, Does the error occur on other machines, such as Windows XP or Windows Vista machine? Is the Windows 7 machine in a domain? This error code can occur if network connection between your computer and the VPN server was interrupted. It can be caused by a problem in the VPN transmission and is commonly the result of internet latency or simply that your VPN server has reached capacity. At this stage, I suggest you temporarily disable the anti-virus program and firewall, and then connect to the VPN again. If the issue persists, please temporarily bypass the router and check the result again. If the issue does not occur, there are some settings on the router cause this issue. Hi. The error occurs on computers with installed Vista or Win 7. And, on Vista - 800 or 807, and on Win 7 - 807. Computers are not in the domain. The local network between my computer and server VPN is not interrupted. There passes a command ping. The provider confirms integrity of a network. Antivirus and firewall on the computer not installed. I read at a forum that the given problem probably to solve changing parametres of the register or substitution of the MAC-address of a network card. If it so, describe detailed algorithm of actions.

Actually, Windows Firewall also can effect the VPN connection. It is built-in the system. Please open Control Panel and turn off it to check the result.
