having problems with Win 7 Ultimate 32 bit desktop
Ive been having a problem with my Win7 Ultimate freezing up when I am doing something, like trying to convert a vidio or try to stream to watch a movie, Ive,upgraded the drivers to my vidio card and, contacted ATI about the problem with no comments returned about the problem,Ive read other forums and even tried to contact microsoft about the problem with no response.Ive even tried to go to different forums to do research on oters having the same problem, tried to use some of the knowledge to correct my problem and still failed. The blue screen said that my vidio card and drivers need to be up graded ,so to no avail It didnt do any good it worked for awhile and then, went back to sticking again.I even downloaded SQL 2008 IT TECH DEVELOPMENT FILES to Improve and correcrt the problem, because I was told by a microsoft tech that the files are better than the regular OS files that are in Windows 7 ,because it was for developing software and computer applications, and it worked for awhile and then It went back to sticking again,so now so far Ive had this problem for 6 months,Ive even reformatted my computer OS and still It done nogood, so now Im trying to get the right information to fix this brand new 6 month old Desktop . This is a Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate, 32 Bit Processor Intel [R] 4 CPU 3.00GHz, 2992 Mhz , 1 Core [S], 2 Logical Processor[s], this was a Gateway Midway that was redone ,with new optical drives ,Power Supply, and 3.50 Gig worth of Memory.with a 775 Motherboard. It was custom built , with also two hardrives , one for the operating system and one for Data. It's a Gateway Midway. With an ATI 9700 Vidio Card 256 . I hope you can correct this problem and also my Devices and Drivers wont load when go to control panel and click devices and drivers. And the OS wont accept me installing a printer from HP, but its is compatible for my Operating System. I hope that you can assist me in correcting these problems , I am not impresseed with this OS due to the glitches, Ive experienced with Windows 7, I only hope that Windows 8 will be a much better OS..... A bugcheck (BSOD) is a mechanism to protect your PC from damage. To see the cause I have to take a look at the dumps with the Debugging Tools for Windows. Please start the Windows Explorer and go to the folder C:\Windows\Minidump. Next, copy the dmp files to your desktop, zip all dmp into 1 zip file and upload the zip file to your public Skydrive [1] folder and post a link here.
