if you have lost your welcome screen and want it back, and you have been told to uninstall client service fo netware, but you cant find or delete it, here's what i did with the same problem.first go to control panel, click on internet conections, when the new box pops up, right click your internet contection, then click properties, a new box will open, with these words in (this conection uses the following items) you will not see client service for netware, but on the box you will see (install ) (uninstall) click install and a new box should open with client service for netware in it also possably client for microsoft, highlight client service for netware and click install, your computer should now install it, reboot computer, go to control panel, click internet conection, right click your conection,click properties, the same box should open but now it should have client service for netware in it, then highlight it and click uninstall, your computer should now uninstall it, reboot, go to control panel, click users, click how users log on, you should now have your welcome screen back.
