check at your BIOS option whether this PC got power setting in BIOS

If still no sleep option, maybe display driver doesn't support this option, please check at manufactured as well

Follow the steps:
a) PressWindows and W key together and type troubleshooting.
b) PressEnter.
c) Click onView all on the left panel.
d) Click onPower.
e) Click onNext and follow the onscreen instructions to troubleshoot the issue using the Power troubleshooter.

Hi,
This problem can be caused by group policy disable sleep mode, please refer to the path below to check it.
Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Power Management > Sleep Settings
Make sure the policy "Turn Off Hybrid Sleep" was disabled.
In addition, please also try to use ALT+F4 to check if you the sleep option was there.
