had problems did a system restore but that made it worse
my daughter has a toshiba satellite laptop. i don't know if she downloaded a bad program or something. anyway i did a system restore and now it is telling me that i need to input my password but every password i try is wrong. i wanted to do another system restore but it won't let me without a password i believe i made myself an administrator but the passwords still don't work1 person needs an answerI do too

Restart your computer in safe mode by pressing and holding the F8 key on boot-up. When prompted to choose a user account choose the Administrator. Open Control Panel > user accounts. Select the account you want to remove the password from. Locate remove or change password in the list of options.
