i accidently deleted guest user files and now cannot access guest user ,, also a new account created wont work showing same loading error

Hi Affan13 Reboot your computer and start up in Safe mode. Then go to Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore Once System Restore has started navigate through the calendar to a date before you made these mistaken changes. If a successful System Restore is achieved, then all should be well.
