general failur
hi 1-i have a problem i get general failur error when i ping any address and i can ping getway and 127.0.0.1 and i turn off all firewalls but i get general failur yet.i install win 7 again a clean istall i mean i remove my win and install again and i do this over and over but did not have this problem but now i have so what i should doing?

Hi, In order to clarify the issue, please let us know the following information. What the exactly error message you received? Why you ping the address? Can the computer connect the Internet properly? If you use the router, please bypass it and disable any antivirus temporarily for testing the issue.
