My brother in law forgot his password to unlock his compter. When it is turned on, it goes thru the normal startup except it never loads the icons on the desktop. The screensaver comes on after a couple minutes and when you move the mouse it goes to "This computer is locked" box. He does not have the guest account active nor is there a Amin password1 person needs an answerI do too
