firefox/google chrome/msn/vent wont wor
Two days ago my computer crashed showing a blue screen. After i get back on, my firefox wont load anything: "Server not found". Same with my google chrome, and i cant sign into msn messenger. When I tried to find the problem, it gave me the result: problem with my dns and keyports. However my ie does work, but there's limit to what i can do, such as in games some details wont load. So then i downloaded the latest IE version 9, when i restarted my pc, and tried it, it ended up like firefox and google chrome. Nothing load. I've tried few solution over the other fourms i found, but none worked. S

Hi, Please collect dump file of BSOD, I will help you to analyze it: Collect Minidump Files ================= 1. Click "Start", input "SYSDM.CPL" (without quotation marks) in the “Search” bar and press “Enter”. 2. Switch to the "Advanced" tab and click the "Settings" button under "Startup and Recovery". 3. Under "Write debugging information" section, make sure the "Small memory dump (128KB)" option is selected. 4. Make sure "%SystemRoot%\Minidump" is in the "Small dump directory" open box and click “OK”. If the Blue Screen appears again, please refer to the following steps to collect memory dump files: 1. Click “Start”, type “%SystemRoot%\Minidump" (without quotation marks) in “Search” bar and press “Enter”. 2. Go to your Desktop, right-click on it and create a new folder named "Dump". 3. Copy all the memory dump files (looks like [Mini092008-01.dmp]) in Minidump to this folder. 4. Right-click on the Dump folder, click "Send To", and click "Compressed (zipped) Folder". 5. Upload to SkyDrive. Furthermore, you can logon with Safe Mode to see if the same issue occurs. Also you can perform a system restore for test. If the issue persists, that’s a possible that system file was broken or corrupted. Try to use in-place upgrade to fix it: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2255099 Hope that helps. Hi, If BOSD didn’t occur, you can perform a system restore to see the result. If issue persists, you can try an in-place upgrade to fix the issue: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2255099 Hope that helps.
