file named _helper.sig is still opening up inside the window named Common each time I startup.
Recently each time I rebooted I started to see a window called Common that would stay open with 2 files inside; one named helper.sig and the other named _helper.sig After reading your posts I went to Cnet to download Ad-Aware but noticed on their posts that LavaSoft is having problems with the latest Windows update and is freezing up, so I didn't download Ad-Aware. I did download Malwarebytes and it did manage to get rid of the file named helper.sig but the other file named _helper.sig is still opening up inside the window named Common each time I startup. I've now also downloaded SuperAntispyware and IOBITsecurity 360 and have cleaned many things out of my pc but the _helper.sig is still opening up the window called Common each time I restart.Should I just try to rename the file and delete the _ underscore and see if Malwarebytes cleans it this time? Should I just delete the folder named Common? Does anyone know what this is and where it came from?I am not a technical person and am afraid to go much further. Can anybody help?4 people need an answerI do too

I have the _helper.sig problem. I already ran malwarebytes and superantispyware and neither identified _helper.sig.Out of frustration, I deleted _helper.sig from the programsfile (it wasthe onlyfile in a folder called"Common" but this has not fixed the problem.I am not able to send email from Outlook and Iassume, due to the timing, that the helper bug caused this problem. I don't know what to do to fix my laptop.I'd appreciate your help! Thanks,Sarah
