how do I delete my files

Where? 

select each file --> right click --> delete

If you want to delete all files in one particular location, click Cltr+A simultaneously (this selects them all) --> click Delete

there is some file which cant be deleted. Such as Windows installation file and software installation file. If you force delete it, it will make your OS or software crash

Please provide more information regarding your issue, What file? why you want to delete?

There is also possibility you cant delete file due to user permission
