Skill DDR 3-1333 PC 3-10666 2048MB x2 vid -EVGA GeForce GTX550 ti power - thermaltake TR2 600 watt hd's - sata WD 750, sata WD 250, pata wd 320 CD/DVD -internal LG DVD ram GH22LP21 ata Device / HP DVD/CD rewritable 556S usb Floppy drive - nec 1231T OS - win 7 pro 64 bit Virson 6.1 build 7601 /SP 1 OK I think that covers the setup. all bios setings for fdd set to run, win updates up to date NO big bugs or problems , hardware and win 7 run good' Now the problem Floppy will not read disks when you put in a active disk it apears to read disk then does nothing, right click on floppy icon apears to read disk and returns message ( you need to format the disk in A: befor you can us it ,( do you want to format it ? ) If you insert a blank disk it apears to read it then returns ( A: is nto accessible / no ID address was found on floppy disk ) cannot format blank disks, cannot reformat active disks I am seting up to duel boot, I need the floppy to insert sata drivers for xp pro 64bit
