Hello,Does the computer have any third-part FTP program installed? MSVCR80.dll is a Microsoft C runtime library. Windows 7 contains several different version of MSVCR80.dll files. If the problem still happens in Clean Boot mode, try to rename this MSVCR80.dll file.1. Create a bat file for renaming the MSVCR80.dll: create a text file and copy the following commnad line into it. Then renaming the text file to xxx.bat. Saving the xxx.bat file to C drive.rename C:\Windows\WinSxS\x86_microsoft.vc80.crt_1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b_8.0.50727.4927_none_d08a205e442db5b5\MSVCR80.dll MSVCR80.oldMake sure the folder path is corrcet. We need to perform this step in Command Promot. But the name of the folder is too long to type, so you need to utilize a bat file to finish the task. 2. Boot the computer to windows recovery mode. How to boot the computer to recovery mode, click here.3. Open Command Promot, and run the bat filec:\xxx.batThomas77
