explorer.exe runtime error

Hi, I have been facing this problem for the last few days.

Right clicking on the desktop, opening explorer.exe or opening the control panel causes a runtime error (message below)

 Visual C++ Runtime Library

Runtime Error!

Program: C:\Windows\Explorer.exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.

Clean boot, uninstalling Visual C++, creating a new user profile, all did not work.

/sfc scannow on command prompt revealed that some things could not be fixed.

Please help...

Hello BaalajeN,

You only have been facing this problem for the last few days?

Please use the system restore to help you restore your computer's system files to an earlier point in time.
