explorer.exe file popup window appears on starting my pc. I went to regedit and went to windows, there is no load option, other file with "load... " was present and i deleted it, but proob persists, wat to do??????/

Can you post a screenshot of the window that appears? As you know, Explorer.exe is the main Windows GUI process, it should be loading on startup.

At the meantime, to narrow down the issue, please also check whether the issue persists in Clean Boot Mode or Safe Mode.
