We've received this error message but the keyboard wont work and I can get to a safe boot menu. How do I get  started to try any fixes?

It seems it is a boot issue?

Please try to repair the issue if you have a Windows disk.

If you have a backup of keyboard, I suggest you unplug the current keyboard and then try the backup one, check if it can help you get to a safe boot.
