error code 0x8007000E?
The laptop is on windows 7 and it has no internet conection. I have tried a system restore but it did not help. I have tried to reset the ip address but it won't let me.
How can i fix this? Thanks

Could you please write the correct error message?
First try updating your NICs drivers. Also, try to reset TCP / IP: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/299357
Another thing is to make sure that your IP adressing are right. Possible that the problem is with your ISP.

Hi,
I would like to know where you got the error code.
Addition to Mr X, please configure TCP/IP correctly, disable security software and firewall to avoid any blocking, perform clean boot.

If the issue persists, please open CMD and let me know the output of
ipconfig /all commad.
