i am having this error again and again, thats why i think my system is taking almost 5 minutes to startup.please help me out.

That error is not the reason. We would be happy to take a look at your event viewer logs if you upload them
Please provide us with your Event Viewer administrative logs by following these steps:
Click Start Menu
Type eventvwr into Search programs and files (do not hit enter)
Right click eventvwr.exe and click Run as administrator
Expand Custom Views
Click Administrative Events
Right click Administrative Events
Save all Events in Custom View As...
Save them in a folder where you will remember which folder and save as Errors.evtx
Go to where you saved Errors.evtx
Right click Errors.evtx -> send to -> compressed (zipped) folder
Upload the .zip file here (if you can) to skydrive or a file sharing service

As well as I know, the driver BHDrvx64, ccSet_N360, SRTSP, SymIRON in your event viewer are all the driver of Norton 360.
You can try to uninstall this software for test. After you uninstall this software, please to check whether your system startup returned to normal.
