ok i will try to give as much info as possible. i have a dell inspiron running windows 7 on a 64 bit system. i recently gota job working from home as a telephone sales rep. i was given a web address containing a zip file that i downloaded just fine. now in this zip file contained the setup for the program i need to make calls. the program is called shoretel call manager. i click setup and the installation begins and runs smoothly for about 80% of it then towards the end it gives me an error 1935 and rollsback the install without installing. i am under the impression thagt the error 1935 has to do with the .net framework but i have the 4.0 version already installed so i have no clue qhere to go from here!!!
