I have shared the items with the email address sent to me. I am attempting to upgrade this device from Windows 8.1 to Windows 8.1 Pro. I need the domain capability of Pro.
I hope I shared them properly - is there another email address I should use?
Hello ncpstech,
Please share the logs in OneDrive as my last reply.
Actually, we can not receive the email.

ncpstech, try to use clean boot to exclude the cause of third-party softwares
Were you able to upgrade to 8.1 PRO? I'm having the same error on a HP Tablet.
I tried a few of thing that I found like the
1) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
2) http://support2.microsoft.com/kb/929135/en-us
3) Making a USB Bootable with Windows 8.1 PRO ISO...
But I'm still getting the error 0xC1440134-0x2000C and I don't see any error in the eventlog.
