using premium I cannot receive or send mails and have the error code 0x85ad3204 it says problem with server Ann

I have been having the same thing for 3 days now, and msn tech has told me different things to do to no avail! They say it's not the server! I am getting frustrated!

This is getting silly now my desk top is working again but NO way can I get MSN premium on the laptop, I am getting the message "windows has stopped working MSN is trying to find a way to resolve this" and I have spent most of today trying various solutions to no avail AnnAnn Collins

yours is working on your desktop? I have 2 laptops and a desktop, and we have 2 msn mail accounts, 1 works and 1 doesn't and hasn't for a few days. I just tried doing all of the stuff again that they wanted me to do and STILL doesn't work! ugh! I sure wish they would figure this out and sure hope all of my folders come back! Angie
