environmental variable
i have accidentally deleted my path .... is there anyway to recover it back... i am using lenovo y50 (windows 8.1)... without my path i could not write my program using mingw... help is needed urgently...

If you did not closed your sessions since you lost the path start a powershell and do $env:path

If you reboot or close your session try following the guide here: http://superuser.com/questions/265532/how-to-extract-environment-variables-from-system-restore-point-windows-7-64-bit

Hi surendren,

I hope the method included in the link as Frederick posted will be helpful.

If the issue persists, we could perform a system restore to recover the machine to a point before we delete the path.
