Email is Outlook Express. ISP is postoffice telecom. mail from one sender comes through in letters over an inch high when she uses "reply" function, or "forward". Does not occur when anybody else sends mail. Does not occur when she sends to other people. It takes a very long time and causes error messages to appear.1 person needs an answerI do too

See if she is using AVG as her AV program. If yes, she needs to disable e-mail scanning.
