email but no internet
I receive and send emails but can't connect to internet. Says firewall is blocking HTTP port(80), HTTPS port (443) or FTP port (21). I have removed my security software and turned off windows firewall. Was told to do a fresh install of windows but will lose all data. Help!1 person needs an answerI do too

Are you connected to a router? Routers contain firewalls as well. Check that one, too. However, ports 80 and 443 are typically enabled by default in most firewalls.Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook]--------------------------------https://mvp.support.microsoft.com/profile/Brian.TillmanIf a reply helps, please vote it as helpful.
