email attachments
When i try to open email attachments, the windows libraries opens... and i can't find my attachment--and don't know what to do please hekp

Hi, As Andre.Ziegler asked, which email program are you using? What’s the kind of attachments? All the attachments have that issue? Does it require you download to the local computer? Please give us more details. OK- I get careless when I hurry. I use yahoo email The problem seems to be with all kinds of attachments.... doc, excell- except for jpg and pdf I hope this gives you enough info One more point- when i hit dowload item, a documents window opens with 2 lines=- library and save as. However, there is no button for accepting save

Does it happen in Safe Mode with networking? Which internet browser are you using? Changing another one to check if the issue persists.
