somebody got into our email address and is sending out with our name on it an email, with an attachment and when they try to open the attachment, they get a virus. What do we do about it?

What do we do about it? Change your password if you can - if not, repost it to your mail service provider. The chances are, though, that either you or someone with you in their contact list, are the source of the problem, having already been infected with the malware.
