Hi, The dwm.exe is a Desktop Window Manager and is responsible for the graphical effects in Microsoft Windows 7. This issue may occur if Graphics Card driver is not up to date. If it's an OEM computer, please go to manufacturer's website and download the latest BIOS and video card drivers. Otherwise, please download driver update from NVIDIA site. If the issue persists, please try the following steps: Lower the Resolution and Refresh Rate ========================= 1. Right click on the Desktop and choose Screen Resolution 2.
