Original title: dumprep.exedumprep.exe has started slowing my computer down. it just recently started. anyone know why? I have Norton antivirus.

I understand that dumprep.exe is slowing down your computer. Dumprep.exe normally is associated with error reporting from Microsoft.However, malware can disguise themselves by that name.
