dump file read

Can someone read a dmp file for me and see if it says why the program was not responding. Am just curious as to why. Thank you

This was related to an OS dll called  wow64cpu.  Not much info in this application DMP.  I would run a system file check to verify the OS

It found some errors. I recall last time this happened I was told to run another command that repaired the erors. I don't recal it though but I believe it started with a D, like dsim or similar. TIA
