I am trying to do a disk defragmentation and i get a message as follows: Disk Defragmenter has detected that CHkDSK is scheduled to run on the volume (C:) please run CHkDSK/ f.I did this and still can't do a degragmentation of drive C: I keep getting the same message.I need help.

Hi,Try to run the check disk by doing this step:Click Start >. Run and type in the txt box:chkdsk C: /f click [OK] or Hit Enter and agree to run it on start up.Restart the machine and wait for it to finish and start up, are you able to Defrag? nass -- http://www.nasstec.co.uk
