download speed cut in half
so i'm downloading a 7G file and my download speed on xp is around 700kbs - 1.8kbs. since windows 7 i'm at around 3ookbs- 500kbs max. any help woould be nice. no information about my pc is needed just looking for ideas on how to increase DownLoad speed
