after downloading e-mail,goes through virus scan ok,gets blocked when ADOBE Reader X comes up by Microsoft visual C++Runtime Library,saying runtime error, program C ,contact applications support team??have tried adobe but this is stopped by microsoft.pc new 1week old,loaded with windows7[new version]&microsoft office home &student,help please.

Hi CP. Microsoft can't stop you from contacting Adobe. I would uninstall and resintall Adobe Reader. If that failed, try one of other PDF readers. -brettBrett Hill | Office365Answers.com
