When I attempt to download any file, i.e. Roadrunner security, a window pops up on the bottom of screen asking to run or view. So when I run, it never completes. It pauses right before completion. How do I correct? I need to download their toolbar for the security. Thanks

A user can configure Protected Mode, by using the Internet Explorer Internet Options dialog box. To configure Protected Mode From the Internet Options dialog box, click the Security tab. Select the applicable Web content zone, and then select or clear the Enable Protected Mode (requires restarting Internet Explorer) check box.
