doesn't shut down windows 7 ultimate
I have a windows 7 ultimate installed on my pc and it doesn't shut down. I click shut down it goes all the way to the usual staff it shuts down and after 4 seconds restarts on it's own.
Please help what can i do?

Try to perform a repair install for your operating system and check if this solve your problem.
If this issue appeared recently, you can proceed by restoring your system with a restore point that dates before the appearance of your issue.

Try the followings:
1. Scan your PC to
remove virus/spyware.
2. Restore your computer if it was running fine previously.
3. delete your cookies, unwanted files, etc.
4. Run system fragmentation.
