YES, of course. You can acces it by this: open run (Win + R) and then write this command:
C:\Windows\system32\rundll32.exe C:\Windows\system32\iesetup.dll,IEShowHardeningDialog
I´m sorry. This is only functing on Windows Server. This is disabled in Widnows 7. Changing values have no effect.. I´m sorry.
