my dock keyboard is not working at all

Some required information are needed for us to help you. Most of the dock keyboards are set with machines, try installing the latest drivers from manufacturer website. And try remove all plugin device such as USB hub for good measure, it prevent dock keyboard working properly in some cases. If this issue still persists, contact with manufacturer for further support or follow the guidance to rule out hardware failure possibility.

Have you been able to resolve your dock keyboard from not working?
Did you try another, known good, keyboard in your docking station or the USB port in your computer? 
You could also try your on-screen keyboard to verify that it works.
