Did you know it was installed? http://ask-leo.com/is_viewpoint_spyware.html It seems strange that it would cause your problems, but if you don`t need it uninstall it in Add/Remove Programs. It might be listed as Viewpoint Media Player If that does not help your problem, post back and we will try other solutions. .
