basically, i have two ipods. one, the ipod nano works perfectly with itunes but my second one, the ipod classic. when connected to the computer, my itunes does not recognize the ipod classic. i called apple support and we tried everything..including trying to go onto device management, when i went to start and hit run and typed in devmgmt.mfc my computer says that it could not be found. the apple guy thinks that this is a way that we could fix my problem with my itunes but now i have this problem with windows, someone please help!!1 person needs an answerI do too
