I am unable to delete profiles. I get a message pointing towards part of the file being used. I am logged on as admin (local to machine and domain), but unable to delete other profiles under c:users.

Reboot your computer and do NOT log in to the profile you want to delete. Log in to another admin account and take the following steps: 1. Click Start and search for and then select System2. From the left side menu, click Advanced system settings.3. In the Advanced tab, select User Profiles.4. Select the profile to remove and then click Delete. This should allow you to successfully delete the profile.
