As part of some lab maintenance I would like to be able to delete some profile directories, but I can't because of the existence of some security.config.cch files. I read they are dynamically created cache files, but even as as administrator I can not delete them and they do not have a security tab in the properties. How can I delete them?

i have several of these files on my file server and they are driving me mad. i hope someone knows the answer
