defrage.exe -c
In the task scheduler, under details for the scheduled defrag.task, it
is listed as ...\defrag.exe -c
What does the "-c" mean? It does not appear listed in HELP for the
defrag command.

Yes, I saw the "/C" argument in HELP.
Does that have the same meaning as "-c" ?

Defrag /C means performing the operation on all volumes.
For the defrag on SSD, please refer to this:
Windows 7 Disk Defragmenter User Interface Overview.
Running defrag on volumes hosted by SSD disks is not recommended.
