What does the symptom look like? Have you got any error messages? Will the other Apps in the Windows Store work well?
We can take the following steps to have a fix.
1.Run the following troubleshoot tool to have a fix.
2.Run "wsrest" to clear the Store cache to have a check.
3.Refer to the following link to register these apps.

4.If the issue persists, please uninstall them and reinstall them to have a check.
