my default apps in windows 8.1 pro are not working....what can i do....??

Please run a system file check (SFC) & DISM (if necessary) if you are on win 8 or higher

Hi Aakik,

What does the symptom look like? Have you got any error messages? Will the other Apps in the Windows Store work well?

We can take the following steps to have a fix.
1.Run the following troubleshoot tool to have a fix.
2.Run "wsrest" to clear the Store cache to have a check.
3.Refer to the following link to register these apps.

4.If the issue persists, please uninstall them and reinstall them to have a check.

Please also check the Event Viewer for more information to troubleshoot this issue.
