Wow - I haven't seen that item in about 10 years (and we are Toshiba experts for 20 years) - you must have a very old Toshiba laptop?

Which model laptop is it, and, have you checked the Toshiba website for support/drivers etc?

Are you really trying to install Windows8.1 on a 10 year old laptop ?
