credit card has expired

Using a Surface Pro 3 with windows 10

I tried using three different credit cards all of which I use regularly. For all of them it says my credit card has expired when the expiry date is after 2 to 3 years. Very frusturating

What does that have to do with win 8?  Care to be more specific?

Hi,

I am confused about your state. What does the credit card mean which you mentioned? Do you mean the credit card in Windows Store? If it does, it exists a link below about troubleshooting the adding credit card process.

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2689951

In addition to that, you can try to apply a new Microsoft account to test if it has the similar issue in Surface Pro.

Also, I suggest you disconnect the account temporarily and reconnect it later.

Wish you will troubleshoot the issue smoothly.

Best Regards

Simon
