so there is nothing wrong with my cpu right?

I have a custom built pc from cyberpower.
On your system info page (Control Panel\System and Security\System) where it shows your processor and lists { Processor: intel core i7 950 @ 3.07ghz 2.00ghz}
what des the 2.00ghz mean. does it mean that my processor should run a 3.07ghz but only runs at 2.00ghz? if so than is there something wrong with my cpu?

Modern processors can reduce frequency if are not fully loaded to save energy and reduce heat release. So you see both maximal and current frequency.
