Hi,i was trying to sort a problem with firefox.when i deleted the new profile by mistake i also deleted default profile in the firefox.since then my user profile on the windows xp has changed settings as well.when i click on the start menu and go to all programs i seemed to have lost all programs.i can use the installed programs through their shortcuts on the desktop but they are not on the start menu.i tried to install microsoft fix it but couldnt as error was reported.i cant see systome restore points whe i try to restore.any help will be appreciated1 person needs an answerI do too
