Hello, I am looking for a way to migrate or copy Windows backup configuration (the GUI in control panel) to another PC. So far, I notice that the configuration create 2 schedule tasks and a bundle of reg entry at HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WindowsBackup. Is that all? did anyone try export these info and use vb script to add them in other PCs? My goal is to create a same configuration for Windows 7 backup on each PC we deploy. And please, don't point me to the wbadmin utility. this utility version for windows 7 is garbage.

If native W 7 tools are not acceptable for you, use third party ones. Rgds Milos
